Kristen Mrozewski, Women's Cross Country

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs runner, Kristen Mrozewski (Sudbury, ON) has been named the Female Athlete of the Week.

Mrozewski, a 4^th year Nursing student, was the first woman across the line at the Ramsey Tour 5km on Sunday.  Her time of 18:47 paced the Voyageurs to a team title over their northern counterparts, Nipissing and Algoma, in the opening race of the season.

Mrozewski and her team will be back on the trails on Sept. 21 when they head to the Western Open.
