WBB | Deschatelets Named to OUA All-Rookie Team

Laurentian Voyageurs’ guard, Kayla Deschatelets, has been named to the OUA All-Rookie team.  In her first season with the blue and gold, the Timmins native started all 17 games she played in this season, averaging almost 30 minutes a game.

A Sports Psychology major, Deschatelets shot field goals at better than a 40% clip this season, averaging 9.1 ppg while grabbing 50 rebounds, dishing out 35 assists and swiping 26 steals while primarily playing point guard for the young Voyageurs squad.
