WBB | Tinnes Named to OUA All-Star Game

Fourth year point guard, Emily Tinnes, will be representing the Voyageurs at the annual OUA Women's Basketball All-Star Game.  After leading the blue and gold in scoring, averaging 12.4 points per game, and finishing in the top 10 in the OUA in steals, assists, three pointers made and points scored, Tinnes will line up beside some of the best the OUA has to offer.

 

Tinnes is one of nine players on the team coached by McMaster bench boss, Theresa Burns, and will be playing with athletes from universities in every corner of the province, including northern neighbours Algoma and Lakehead.  The full rosters include:

Tip-off is scheduled for 2pm at the Physical Athletics Complex on the campus of the University of Waterloo and will serve as the showcase of the U17 and U19 women's basketball Ontario Cup Provincial Championships.
