Tre Ford, Men's Indoor Track

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs sprinter, Tre Ford (Niagara Falls, ON), has been named the BioSteel Male Athlete of the Week.

Ford, a Maters of Business Administration student, stood on top of the podium at the Don Wright Team Challenge at Western on Saturday, winning the 60m race.  After qualifying for the finals in third with a 7.10 clocking, Ford ran the finals in 7.03 seconds, nosing out Nicholas Williams from Western at the line.

Ford and some of his teammates hit the track again this weekend when they head to Montreal for the McGill Team Challenge.
