Tre Ford, Indoor Track

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs sprinter, Tre Ford (Niagara Falls, ON), has been named the BioSteel Male Athlete of the Week.

Ford, a Maters of Business Administration student, set a new school record in the 60m at McGill on Friday.  After qualifying for the finals in with a record tying 6.99 seconds, Ford ran the finals in 6.94 seconds, finishing as the fourth university runner to cross the line and setting a new Voyageurs mark.

Ford and some of his teammates hit the track again this weekend when they head to Toronto for the York Open.
