Audrey-Anne Labreche, Women's Basketball

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs guard Audrey-Anne Labreche (Longueil, Quebec) has been named the BioSteel Female Athlete of the Week.

Labreche, a third-year éducation physique et santé student helped the Voyageurs earn a split over the weekend. In a hard-fought game against the Badgers on Friday, Labreche netted three 3-point shots, and contributed with 2 blocks and 1 assist throughout the game. On Sunday’s matchup against Algoma, Labreche aided the Voyageurs to victory, scoring 11 points, and finishing the game with 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

Labreche alongside her teammates will return to the court on Saturday, as they host the Guelph Gryphons in their final match of the regular season.
