MLAX | Voyageurs on Brink of Playoffs
The Laurentian Voyageurs Men's Lacrosse team was in Waterloo tonight to take on the Laurier Golden Hawks. Looking to snap a three game losing streak, the Vee's hoped the last place Golden Hawks would continue in their ways.
In an exciting finish, the Voyageurs were able to get themselves back in the win column by way of a 10-8 overtime victory. With the victory, LU was able to maintain their fourth place position in the CUFLA's West division.
The Voyageurs will look to stave off the fifth place Toronto Varsity Blues in their final regular season game, tomorrow on the road.
