On Saturday afternoon, the women's soccer team hosted the Queen's Gaels. This would be the first matchup between the two teams. With 10 wins under their belt, the Gaels struck four times and blanked the Voyageurs, to take the 4-0 victory.

The Gaels struck first, making 1-0 only three minutes into the game. The Voyageurs kicked their first shot a few minutes later, however, Caitlyne Kervin went too wide and missed the net. A few seconds before the end of the first period, Voyageurs defense Charlie Frew struck one on net, hitting the crossbar. While Laurentian's goalkeeper Noémie Bouchard faced six shots after the goal, she was able to save all of them, leaving the Gaels in the lead by 1 going into the half.

Almost a minute into the second period, the Gaels netted their second goal of the game, making it 2-0. Ten minutes later, they netted a third goal and a fourth goal later into the game. Laurentian's Kiera Smyth attempted to net one herself but missed the net. The Gaels won the match 4-0, while the Voyageurs goalkeeper Bouchard made 17 saves.
