MBB | Ngala and Fandio Honoured in Year End Awards

The OUA named the men's basketball all stars and award winners on Thursday, and the Voyageurs were recognized with a third team all-star in Nginyu Ngala and a member of the all-rookie team in Philippe Fandio.

Ngala, a Masters of Business Administration student from Montreal, QC, started all 22 games for the Voyageurs, averaging a team high 14.9 points per game while grabbing 4.6 rebounds per game and handing out 3.1 assist per game.

Fandio, a first year Sociologie student from Marseille, FRA, appeared in 20 games this year, averaging over 20 minutes a game for the Voyageurs.  Fandio developed into a consistent contributor, averaging 7.0 points per game while dishing out a team high 3.7 assists per game.
