Keon Wallingford, Indoor Track

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that track and field runner Keon Wallingford (North Bay, Ontario) has been named the BioSteel Male Athlete of the Week.

Wallingford, a fifth year Psychology student had two stellar performances at the OUA Championships in Windsor this past weekend. In the 3000-metre race on Friday, Wallingford placed 2^nd in his heat in 8:43.38, finishing 9^th overall. In the 1500 metre race on Saturday, he placed 17^th in 4:03.17.
