Patrick Leroux, Men's Cross Country

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs runner, Patrick Leroux (Wingham, ON) has been named the Male Athlete of the Week.

Leroux, a 4^th year Sport and Phys Ed student, was the first runner across the line at the Ramsey Tour 5km on Sunday.  His time of 16:32 paced the Voyageurs to a team title over their northern counterparts, Nipissing and Algoma, in the opening race of the season.

Leroux and his team will be back on the trails on Sept. 21 when they head to the Western Open.
