Pascale Gendron, Women's Indoor Track

Laurentian Athletics is proud to announce that Voyageurs runner, Pascale Gendron (Toronto, ON), has been named the BioSteel Female Athlete of the Week.

Gendron, a 5th year Concurrent Education student, ran to gold in the women's 3,000 metre event in a time of 10 minutes 21.93 seconds at the Sharon Anderson Invitational at the University of Toronto.  This time qualifies Gendron to compete at the OUA Championships later this season.

Gendron and her teammates are back on the track in two weeks when they head to Western for the Don Wright Challenge.
