In the first quarter, the Voyageurs started off strong, with a 3-point shot from Princess Bernardino forty seconds in, followed by another 3-point shot by Claudia Pellerin a minute later. As she was driving to the net, Pellerin got fouled, leading to two made free throws. At the fifth-minute mark, Pellerin and Lyndelle Joseph scored a combination of 5 points, which were the last points of the quarter for Laurentian. The Ravens were ahead 18-13.
In the second quarter, the Voyageurs were scoreless for over a minute, until Aneisha Rismond made a free throw. Halfway through, Rileigh Smith made her first free throw and Raffaella Balestra made two successful free throw attempts. The Voyageurs were trailing the Ravens 41-17 going into the half.
Coming back from the half, both teams showed extensive defensive skills, as it was a scoreless quarter until the seventh minute. Pellerin scored a jump shot and a free throw, while Rismond made two more free throws. Later on, Melanie Cloutier scored her first two points with free throws and Bernadino made two free throws as well.
In the last quarter, Bernardino opened up scoring for the Voyageurs with a jump shot and Pellerin scored her own jump shot. At this point, the Ravens doubled their lead, but the Voyageurs refused to give up, as Audrey-Anne Labreche scored two points. With five minutes left in the game, Amber May got fouled, leading to two made free throws. Pellerin and Smith scored a combination of 5 points, which concluded scoring for Laurentian, leading to an 80-40 loss to the Ravens.
